3 Axis probe for the Makera Carvera Air and Makera Carvera.

Find features in all 3 axis, unlike the stock probe which can only do in Z. For example find centres of bores/blocks, and corners on stock.

Plug and play! Ready to be used. This probe has half the shank turned down to 1/8", so it can be used with both the standard 1/8" collet as well as 6mm collets.

Use your own dial indicator to measure and correct the spindle tilt.

Using this tool you can rotate the dial indicator against the bed and it will show you how much the spindle is tilted, and in which direction. The distance between the spindle and Dial Indicator(s) is 95mm.

Be sure that your bed is flat before using this tool. This is best achieved by replacing the stock MDF beds with an metal one, and using shims between the bed carriage and bed to level it out. You can use the ZProbe to measure the bed flatness see the guide I wrote.

The fixure plate uses anchor pins to minimise time in finding the centre of the chuck."

Hold Bar and Plate stock securely in the 4th axis.

This self-centering vise replaces the chuck on the Carvera and Carvera Air 4th Axis.

This enables holding square stock up to 53mm wide, and plate stock 5x90mm without the use of riser blocks.

Made from 7075 Aluminium so you can safely torque down on the threads to secure it to the 4th axis output shaft

Increase the height of your 4th Axis module to hold larger stock.

It can be useful to minimize collisions on the 4th axis to remove the laser from the spindle head, and instead only attach it when required.

This adapter model allows you to move the laser to a mounting plate which is threaded for use with the Carvera ZProbe tailshafts.

This is 10g of the SuperLube grease in a convenient applicator tube for greasing the rails/rods and ballscrews of the Carvera machines.

This tube should last you around 5-10 maintenance cycles.

This adapter plate covers up the previous mounting standoffs in the PSU area, and allows you to install a Meanwell EPP-500-48 PSU in place of the 200w spindle PSU on the Carvera.

This is upgrade is required for running higher power DC spindle motors, or for driving the stock motor beyond it’s original specifications.

This is a replacement tool rack for the Carvera giving you the ability to hold 16 or 19 tools (depending on if you want to retain the wireless probe slot or not. Quite a big upgrade from the standard 6.

The only limitation is that tools that have more than 25mm of tailshaft sticking out beyond the collar require the slot positions above and below them to be empty.
